Do not eat foods that have added sugar.
Read the ingredient list on the food label
to make your food choices.
If you see any of the following sugars in
the first three ingredients, avoid that
food:
- Brown sugar
- Confectioner's sugar
- Corn syrup
- Corn sweeteners
- Dextrose
- Fructose
- Fruit sugar
- Glucose
- Granulated sugar
- Honey
- Invert sugar
- Lactose
- Levulose
- Maltose
- Mannitol
- Maple sugar
- Maple syrup
- Molasses
- Raw sugar
- Sorbitol
- Sorghum Sucrose
- Turbinado sugar
- Xylitol
